1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Time Frame: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date for most items. Custom or engraved jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and certificates (including diamond certificates) intact. The item should be free from any signs of wear or damage.
- Refunds and Exchanges: You may choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different piece of jewellery, based on availability and value.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or engraved jewellery
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Processing Time: Once the return is approved, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
